Yesterday when I got to the womens group meeting, there was a good-bye party with food and drinks set up for me! They thanked me and asked me to never forget them (I wanted to cry it was so sweet). As if that wasnt enough, one woman put 2 bracelets on my wrist that she had made, another gave me a handmade necklace, and another gave me a handmade coin purse. I am going to miss these women SO MUCH! I have liked working with them 100 times more than I have with the kids, which is something important to remember when I think about jobs for the future.

This morning I went to teach English in Yucay to 1st and 2nd graders. Because of holidays and my schedule this was the first time I worked with their class, haha, and will be the last. Their teacher asked if I would be back next week, which was awkward.

Prayer requests:
-Stamina. I have a lot of paperwork/reports to do for ProWorld before I can leave.
-Randee, a fellow volunteer. I just ran into her at a local coffee shop and she was there to meet with a shaman. The shaman is a very friendly lady I have seen around town a lot but didnt know who she was exactly. Anyway, Randee is going through a lot and has had an incredibly difficult life and this woman was giving her lots of advice. Ive heard Randee bash Christians a couple of times now. It makes me so sad that this incredibly nice and caring SHAMAN is the one giving Randee advice. Please pray that I can show here Jesus´ love and she will NOT find what shes looking for with the shaman.
